A student shot during a weekend robbery is speaking out.  Other UT students are demanding the city do more to protect them.

Students at the University of Toledo are keeping a close eye on the economic crisis. For most, their futures depend on getting college loans.
Toledo Public Schools launched their levy campaign Thursday with a pep rally led by special guest, drum major John Foley.
Students at UT got their first chance to see the University’s newest building.  The Memorial Field House was actually built back in 1931.
A former NBC24 employee was rememberd Sunday.  Ryan Serber worked in sales for WNWO.  He was also an anchor at Fox Toledo for several years. In 2006, Serber lost his battle with brain cancer. 
Everyone gathered around the flagpole at 9:30 a.m. and also sang 'God Bless America' to remember victims of 9/11 and all service members.
The extreme home makeover in West Toledo continues.  On Tuesday, the old house came crashing down with the help of the Toledo Fire Department.

Jose Jiron was born in the slums of Nicaragua. He lived in shacks and escaped civil war with his family when he was 3 years old. They settled in Toledo - because they heard migrant workers got free housing. Now, Jiron is a third year medical student at the University of Toledo.
A long awaited dream became reality Saturday for five new homeowners in Toledo.  It was all a part of Habitat for Humanity's 2008 Builder's Blitz.
