Toledo man arraigned for weekend murder
TOLEDO, Ohio (WNWO) —
A Toledo man is charged with murder Monday in municipal court
Municipal Court judge Nicole Khoury set bond for 38-year-old Daniel Joseph Kirby of Marvin Avenue at $1 million.
He was taken into custody Friday night by Toledo Police for felonious assault following the shooting of Charles White at an incident reported on Marvin Avenue.
The victim alter died and Kirby was charged with murder.
He remains in court pending his next court appearance.
