1 critical, 2 others injured in chain-reaction crash on I-75S

Toledo police have released new details in the three-vehicle crash that sent three to the hospital early Tuesday.

According to the police report, traffic on I-75 south had slowed for I-475 construction when 24-year-old Kyle Harkison rear ended a vehicle in the left lane. The rear-ended car, occupied by 42-year-old Jeffrey Brucker and 63-year-old Frank Ochmanek, was then pushed into another vehicle, occupied by 24-year-old Thomas Strong and 23-year-old Nicholas Craft.

Paramedics took three of the victims to the Toledo Hospital. Strong was treated and released and Harkison was admitted in stable condition. Brucker is listed in critical condition, according to police.

The crash remains under investigation.
