Authorities in Putnam County tell WNWO's Bryant Maddrick that 2 bodies have been found near Ottawa, Ohio and that those bodies are connected to an Amber Alert issued earlier on Thursday.
As of 8 p.m., officials are not releasing the location of the bodies but say they were found after one of 3 boys, reported "missing" in an Amber Alert earlier in the day, told them where to find the deceased.
Neighbors in the area told WNWO's Bryant Maddrick, however, that the bodies were found in a ditch near the intersection of Road 7 and Road J-6.
Police would not confirm the information on where the bodies were found Thursday night.
Officials are also not yet releasing the identity of the boy that lead them to the bodies but say he is 17-year-old.
Authorities said they would not release the information because the boy and the two victims are all juveniles.
