2 children removed from apartment during Tiffin drug bust

Two Tiffin women are behind bars after drug officials discovered two children living in a drug house.
Seneca County Drug Task searched the Riverbend Apartments at 204 E. Market St. Monday. Investigators received a search warrant for the apartment of 24-year-old Jennifer Lynn Murphy and 22-year-old Jillian Nicole Murphy. Authorities had sent in their canine unit that discovered amounts of marijuana, heroin, illegal prescription pills, cocaine, and drug paraphernalia. The two women face felony charges of drug trafficking, drug possession and child endangerment.
The Seneca County Children Services removed the two children who had been living in the apartment 242. Officials noticed the deplorable, unsafe living conditions and moved them to child services custody.
