      3 NW Ohio counties under Level 1 snow emergency

      Sandusky, Seneca, and Erie counties have been under the level 1 emergency


      UPDATE: The Level 1 emergency has been lifted as of 10 a.m.

      Officials have said three counties are under level 1 snow emergency Tuesday morning.


      Sandusky, Seneca, and Erie counties have been under the level 1 emergency.


      "Level 1" means roads are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow with ice road conditions.


      Drivers are urged to use extreme caution.


      Some northwest Ohio schools have been reporting 2-hour school delays.
