      3 NW Ohio counties under Level 1 snow emergency

      Sandusky, Seneca, and Erie counties have been under the level 1 emergency

      UPDATE: The Level 1 emergency has been lifted as of 10 a.m.Officials have said three counties are under level 1 snow emergency Tuesday morning.Sandusky, Seneca, and Erie counties have been under the level 1 emergency."Level 1" means roads are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow with ice road conditions.Drivers are urged to use extreme caution.
