A third man, on the run since charges were brought against him last week, has been arrested in the murder of a an aspiring music producer.
Toledo Police say that 25-year-old Daquaine Booth was arrested at a home on Bronson, in Toledo, on Wednesday evening.
Authorities say the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force and Toledo Police Gang Task Force were the ones to apprehend Booth.
One week ago, two other suspects in the murder of 24-year-old Brian Minley were arrested and charged in the case.
23-year-old Ashley Hundstrucker was arrested last Wednesday and 23-year-old Kevin P Brooks was already in custody on an unrelated charge.
The victim was shot at his home, 1241 Berdan Ave, around 3 p.m. on December 31, 2012.
Minley was taken to a local hospital but later died.
According to Minley's Facebook page, he was a 2006 graduate of Start High School and studied Psychology at the University of Toledo.
