3rd teen arrested in West Toledo home invasion murder

A third teen suspect is behind bars for the home invasion murder of a 21-year-old man in West Toledo early Monday.

According to Toledo police, 17-year-old Levi Jackson was arrested and booked into the Juvenile Justice Center for murder and two counts of robbery.

Police have arrested two other teens in connection to the crime, including 17-year-old Cody Alan Ramsay, who is charged with murder and aggravated robbery. Another 17-year-old girl was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery, but her identity was not released.

Just after midnight on Monday, police say at least two of the suspects broke into a Twin Oaks Apartment unit and opened fire, fatally wounding Nathaniel Phillips. Another victim, 19-year-old Michael Kohlhofer, Jr., was shot in the leg.

A fourth suspect is still at large. Police describe him as a 20-25 year old black male who goes by the nickname "Snout."
