Toledo police have arrested the fourth teen suspect in the home invasion murder of a 21-year-old man in West Toledo.
According to the report, 19-year-old Antonio Taylor, Jr. was arraigned Friday morning on a charge of murder and aggravated robbery in the fatal shooting of Nathaniel Phillips.
Early Monday, police said the suspects broke into a Twin Oaks Apartment unit and opened fire, killing Phillips. They also wounded another victim, 19-year-old Michael Kohlhofer, Jr.
Levi Jackson and Cody Alan Ramsay, both 17, were taken into custody earlier this week and charged with murder and aggravated robbery. A 17-year-old girl was also arrested in connection to the crime on a charge of aggravated robbery, but her identity was not released.
Taylor has been booked at the Lucas County jail and bond set at $1 million. He will appear again in court on Monday.
