5 sex offenders wanted by US Marshals

The Northern Ohio Fugitive Task Force is seeking public assistance locating five convicted sexual offenders who failed to register their residence.
"By law after a conviction for a sexual offense, you are required to register your address.â?? United States Deputy Marshal Rodney Hartzell said. "Either 90 days, six months or one year depending on the severity of the crime or what the court orders."

If you know the whereabouts of Robert Conley Jr., Ralph Websten, Larry J. Carlton, James Lowell Thomas, or Scott Stoneman are asked to contact the U.S. Marshals at 1-866-4-WANTED. Callers can remain anonymous and positive identification could lead to a cash reward.
