      Indiana State Police bust a man destined for Toledo, Oh with 75 pounds of alleged marijuana.

      Senior Trooper Brad Smith pulled over a minivan Wednesday on interstate 70 and suspected 38-year-old Edgar Cornejo of McAllen, Texas of criminal activity.

      A police K-9 unit called to the scene alerted troopers of a drug presence. A search conducted revealed 80 packages of alleged cannabis found submerged in the gas tank.

      Criminals use cars to commit crimes, stated Sergeant Todd Wix. By paying close attention during everyday traffic stops Trooper Smith has removed a person using his vehicle to transport drugs across Indiana highways.

      The drugs estimated a street value of $75,000.
