911 Operator: 'Someone ran into location started shooting' in N. Toledo, Suspects at-large

Police secure the scene of a double shooting on Pearl St. Monday night.

Toledo Police were dispatched to a multi-person shooting on Monday night after "some ran into a location and started shooting" along Pearl St. in North Toledo.

A 911 dispatcher sent patrol units to 25 East Pearl around 8:30 p.m.

Police scanner traffic indicated that the two people shot may have been killed in the gunfire.

Around 9:40 p.m., officials with the Lucas County Coroner arrived at the scene.

A tipster also told authorities that the suspects fled the scene in a tan and black Suburban or Tahoe like truck.

The suspects were described as two black males wearing skull caps, hoodies and were dressed in all black.

At the scene police used around 10 cones to mark evidence after a drive-by shooting, according to one witness at the scene.
