If you purchased a Powerball ticket in Michigan, you could be a winner. More specifically if you purchased a Powerball ticket in Lapeer, Michigan, you might be a winner.
The winning ticket for last nights $337 million Powerball drawing was sold just over an hour up I-75 and a gas station in Lapeer.
The Michigan Lottery confirmed the ticket was sold in Michigan but there was no word, as of yet, about the buyer's identity.
Eight tickets matched five winning numbers and each is worth $1 million. Those tickets were sold in Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, New Jersey, New Mexico, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
An additional winning ticket was sold in Nebraska. That ticket added the Power Play and is worth $2 million.
Last nights winning numbers are 6, 27, 46, 51, 56 and Powerball 21.
