Accused killer in Toledo's latest murder is in custody

According to Toledo Police, the man suspected in the city's latest homicide was captured on Tuesday afternoon around 3:45 pm.

Officials say that 34-year-old David Zielinski was taken into custody by the Northwest Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force in the parking lots of the Pilot gas station at the intersection of E. Alexis and Hagman.

Zielinski is accused of stabbing, shooting and beating 20-year-old Michael Jackson at 1605 W. Central in Toledo on Sunday.

Authorities say Jackson was the boyfriend of Zielinkski's estranged wife.

Police say that Zielinski was taken into custody without incident.
