Admitted mosque arsonist wants to withdraw guilty plea

Randy Linn was caught on camera at the time of the mosque fire in September.

An Indiana man who previously said he set fire to a Perrysburg mosque to avenge American soldiers now wants to withdraw his guilty plea.

In a court filing, Randy Linn said that he was in an emotional state and depressed when he entered a guilty plea last month.

Linn's deal with prosecutors called for a 20-year prison sentence.

Linn was caught on surveillance camera entering and exiting the Islamic Center of Greater Toledo around the time a second floor prayer room was set on fire.
