A second person, Craig A. Johnston, has been charged in the shooting death of a 13-year-old Wauseon boy.
On Wednesday, authorities filed a charge of negligent homicide against the 35-year-old.
Wauseon City Police say Johnston is the tenant of the home where the shooting happened, along Howard Street, and is the owner of the shotgun that is believed to have killed 7th grader Michael Schwartz.
Johnston has also been charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
He's due in court on March 27th.
Meantime a hearing for the teen accused in the accidental shooting of Schwartz, 14-year-old Felipe Villanueva, was pushed to next week.
After appearing in court for the first time, on March 15th, another hearing was set for March 21st.
Wednesday hearing was postponed again as attorneys met behind closed doors to discuss a closure hearing which would keep court proceedings closed to the media.
Another hearing in the case has been set for 9 a.m. on March 26th.
