Alleged former teacher abuse victim speaks out

The alleged victim of Harold "Jerry" Mash spoke about being "groomed" by Mash for sexual abuse.

"He would take me to play squash. And right after that, he molested me," says Harold tremp, who filed a claim i the Lucas County Court on November 1.

When receiving the claim, Chicago Public Schools sent out a statement regarding the allegations saying, in part, "We immediately take steps to remove the individual from contact with students while conducting a thorough investigation, which is what we have done in this case."

Tremp says he is happy to hear that Mash no longer has access to children. He says he fears there are other victims and urges them to come forward.

S.N.A.P. spokesperson Claudia Vercellotti says after viewing the original storu on WNWO, another victim has come forward claiming he was abused by Mash between 1971-1972.
