American Red cross to help those affected from storm damage

The American Red Cross is stepping in to help those who have lost power or lost their homes due to Sunday's strong storms.The region from northwest Ohio is providing medical assistance, food, clothing, and temporary shelter. The organization plans to provide on-site meals, according to American Red Cross spokesmember Amanda Aldrich. The site is located at Oak Haven Residential Center on 125 Main St. in Cloverdale.
Emergency response vehicles throughout the Cloverdale and Dupont communities have been set up as a mobile site for food and supplies.
The organization said they are helping residents in Cloverdale, where more than a dozen homes have received extensive damage. About 10 homes have been destroyed.Red Cross staff and volunteers have set up help for Lucas, Putnam, and Wood counties.
