The 2012 North American International Auto Show is always filled with exciting new vehicles but this year, more than ever, the carmakers have come up with some very unique ways to incorporate you into their intricate displays.
â??We are constantly challenging ourselves to come up with new and exciting ways to engage our visitors from the moment they step foot on the Ford show stand,â?? said Darrell Bryja, director of Global Auto Shows and Events. â??Auto shows offer us valuable time with customers to inform them of Fordâ??s newest products and technologies, â??according to Fordâ??s media website.
Fordâ??s â??cloudâ?? features a 12-seat ride that rises up 20-feet above the show floor called for a cinema experience showcasing the future of in-vehicle technology.
Kia has a big screen where you can dance to LMFAOs "Party Rock Anthem" with the famous hamster featured in the Kia Soul commercial.
There are also several other displays to check out, including a virtual drive with Motorsports star Ken Block,
simulated rides, and much more.
The auto show opens to the public January 14 and will run through January 22.
