      Baby Elaina family attends National Remembrance for Murder Victims

      Each year a candle light vigil is organized by the parents of murdered children who say they are dedicated to fighting for justice and preventing future murders.

      September 25 marks the National Day of Remembrance for Murder Victims.


      The family of Baby Elaina, the infant whose remains were discovered in an east Toledo garage earlier this month, visited Wednesdayâ??s annual vigil to remember local murder victims.


      Each year a candle light vigil is organized by the parents of murdered children who say they are dedicated to fighting for justice and preventing future murders.

      Some of those in attendance have been coping for years including the mother of Johnny Clarke whose son was murdered in Springfield Township alongside his girlfriend in 2011.
