A beautiful day Sunday, marked by a lot of sunshine and highs in the mid to upper 60s, marks the beginning of some great weather for the start of the work week.
Monday we'll all enjoy more sunshine...and even some slightly warmer temperatures...while humidity levels remain low. That will change heading into Tuesday.
A warm front will lift into the area early Tuesday which will be marked by some increased cloud cover and a chance for a few showers or thundershowers early in the day.
By Tuesday afternoon we'll see partly cloudy skies, more humidity and temps climbing into the mid to upper 70s.
The cold front portion of the storm will move in Wednesday. Ahead of the front, temperatures shoot into the lower 80s and scattered showers and thunderstorms look likely.
That will knock our temperatures back into the upper 60s for highs on Thursday.
Friday marks the start of some exceptionally nice weather for the Memorial Day Weekend. Partly cloudy skies and highs in the lower 70s will get us started.
For the weekend expect partly cloudy skies with highs in the mid 70s Saturday...upper 70s for Sunday.
Memorial Day, however, will still be warm with highs in the mid to upper 70s, but we'll see a good chance for scattered showers and storms.
We'll iron out the timing for Memorial Day as it draws closer through the week.
In summary...nice weather over the next several days with our best chances for precipitation coming on Wednesday, then again on Memorial Day.
