The threat of rain and wind wasn't enough to postpone Halloween activities in Bedford Township Thursday night.
WNWO talked to Bedford Township Supervisor Greg Stewart who explained he was watching the radar all day Thursday and didn't see anything such as high winds or thunder that would warrant festivities being postponed. "I'm seeing rain. We had rain last year, but I'm not seeing thunder storms, I'm not seeing the high winds that they called for earlier," explains Stewart.
H alloween festivi tie s in Bedford Township lasted from 6pm to 8pm. While Bedford and other communities decided to go ahead with Halloween activities, several other cities and towns postponed festivities until the weekend and Monday.
