      If you are looking for a quick dinner that will keep your diet on track, try this. Patrick House is NBCâ??s Biggest Loser Winner for season 10. He says a low calorie diet along with his daily exercise routine helped him drop over 200 pounds. Here are a few of his recipes:

      Steamed Chicken/Fish with Veggies

      1 Ziploc steam bag.

      1 Chicken breast or Fish Fillet; They can be thawed or frozen.

      1 12 oz. bag of frozen vegetables like broccoli, carrots and cauliflower mixture.

      Mrs. Dashâ??s season; try Fiesta Lime and Southwest Chipotle.

      Toss the chicken or fish in the steam bag and season it with Mrs. Dash seasoning.

      Cook in microwave according to directions on the bag. Next, keep frozen vegetables in their steam bag and also microwave them as directed on the package. Toss chicken or fish on a plate with the entire bag of vegetables as a side dish for an under 200 calorie meal.

      Patrickâ??s Strawberry Shortcake

      1 whole grain waffle

      2 tablespoons fat free Cool Whip

      5 fresh strawberries

      Toast the waffle, then rip it up in bite size pieces in a small bowl. Top with Cool Whip and strawberries. Dessert is less than 60 calories.
