Bowling Green mom admits to endangering in infant son's death

Wed, 30 Oct 2013 10:20:44 GMT — A Bowling Green mother admitted to playing a role in the death of her 3-month-old son.Rebecca Steinmiller, 26, plead guilty Tuesday to child endangering for an incident last year. Steinmiller failed to get medical attention and alert authorities when her infant son broke his arm according to investigators. An autopsy of the child reveals the boy died of severe head trauma.The child's father, Brian Steinmiller, 32, plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter and child endangering in September. The father is scheduled for sentencing in Nov. 22.Authorities said Rebecca did not get her son medical treatment for injuries her husband allegedly perpetrated against their son.She faces sentencing in January.
