      Case against Angela Steinfurth pushed back until November

      Elaina's remains were found in a east Toledo garage.

      The east Toledo mother of baby Elaina, whose remains were recoverd in September, will wait another month for a court date.

      Angela Steinfurth made an appearance in court Wednesday for a pre-trial hearing. Steinfurth's attorney has asked for additional time to review evidence collected by Toledo Police. Her next court date is scheduled for Nov. 20.Steinfurth has been behind bars for several months since her indictment in July. Angela, along her ex-boyfriend, Steven King, faces a charge of obstruction of justice. They were the last two people seen with baby Elaina after her reported disappearance June 2.King's court date is scheduled for Nov. 4.
