The "Best Amusement Park in the World" is getting a little more family friendly with the addition of new places to "stay where you play."
Cedar Point announced Tuesday that it will debut over four dozen new cabins to its Lighthouse Point resort. Each of the 52 deluxe cabins accommodate up to 10 people and feature two full bathrooms, four flat-panel televisions, a dorm-size refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, outdoor charcoal grill, and picnic table.
All Lighthouse Point cabins, cottages, and full hook-up campsites will also now offer free wireless internet access.
Reservations are being accepted now for Lighthouse Point, which is located along the west side of the Cedar Point Peninsula. Guests at the resort, and any other Cedar Point resort, receive $39 one-day admission tickets and Early Entry to the park - one hour before it opens to the public.
Cedar Point opens for the season on Saturday, May 10.
