A fire at the Chili's in Holland, earlier this year, will lead to major renovations at the restaurants in the coming months.
According to Quality Dining, which owns the franchise, they've been waiting since the January fire for the insurance payout that will fund the renovations.
About 85 percent of the interior will need to be redone after the chain sustained extensive damage in the blaze.
The owners say construction should take just under 3 months.
By the summer they hope to debut the restaurant's new look, which is more in line with Chili's new image.
