Cold and breezy again today with scattered snow showers throughout the morning hours. Skies will remain mostly cloudy with winds out of the west gusting to 30 mph. It will be cold/raw throughout the day... remember our average high is 47 degrees. With highs struggling to get into the mid 30's the feels-like temps most of the day will be in the teens.
Gradual clearing occurs overnight with lows near 20 degrees. Skies will be partly cloudy tomorrow with highs in the upper 30's and light winds.
Friday will be milder with partly sunny skies and highs climbing into the mid 40's.
