Congressman to FAA: Donâ??t cut Toledo Express hours

Congressman Bob Latta (R-OH) has sent a letter to the FAA expressing his support of keeping air traffic control service from midnight until 6 a.m. at Toledo Express.

In the letter, Latta says the loss of air traffic control for any period of time would be detrimental to the livelihood of businesses that depend on the tower for things such as medical emergency transport cargo and fueling.

The FAA is currently conducting a study evaluating services provided at Toledo Express. The study is expected to end by mid-April.
