A change of seasons is in store as we head into the busy holiday weekend. Skies will remain mostly cloudy this afternoon as blustery winds shift to the northwest and deliver scattered showers and much cooler temps. By late Thursday afternoon the mercury will fall into the lower 50's w/ apparent temps even cooler that that.
Skies will go mainly clear overnight with lows near 40 degrees. We won't be warming up much in spite of nearly pure sunshine Friday afternoon as windy highs max out iin the lower 60's!
Things get better as we get into and head through the weekend. We'll see plenty of sunshine Saturday, Sunday and Memorial Day. Highs will only get into the mid 60's Saturday, near 70 on Sunday and into the lower 70's on Memorial Day - so get ready for a bit of a shock to the system if you are planning on jumping into that newly opened pool.
Make it a great day... stay dry/warm.
