Cooper Tire strikes deal with Arkansas workers

Arkansas Cooper Tire workers ratify new four year contract

While Cooper Tire and its Findlay workers can't come to an agreement, the same can not be said for the tire maker's plant in Arkansas.

Members of The United Steelworkers local in Texarkana overwhelmingly approved a new contract.

The four year deal calls for pay raises for all workers. The amount depends on when they were hired.

Cooper Tire and the Findlay steelworkers have been at an impasse for months. They've been locked out since the end of November.
