A former Ohio State Trooper will not spend time behind bars after pleading guilty to drunk driving.
Eric Wlodarsky will have to serve one year probation, take driver intervention courses and will have a suspended license for six months.
Wlodarsky was arrested over the Halloween weekend when he crashed his truck into a tree.
He had a blood alcohol level almost two times the legal limit.
You may recall Wlodarsky was one of three troopers disciplined for a prank in 2008 involving a KKK costume.
