Wed, 12 Feb 2014 18:20:51 GMT — TOLEDO - A man who fled authorities for more than a year will face a Lucas County judge as the final suspect in the 2012 murder of a south Toledo gym owner.20-year-old Deitrekk Boone appeared in Toledo Municipal Court Wednesday morning. His case heads to Lucas County Common Pleas Court scheduled for Thursday at 9 a.m.Boone along with four other men had warrants out for their arrests for the death of 57-year-old Joseph Lengel, who was shot and killed outside the CrossFit Gym on Warehouse Road in December 2012.Boone had been named a wanted fugitive on US Marshals' "Dangerous Dozen," until officials found him hiding in Houston in December.The four men have already been convicted and currently are serving time in prison.
