Find a little magic - or elves - at two Toledo parks

Walbridge Park's tiny door.

A famed snack maker has brought a little magic to two Toledo parks, and it's up to you to find it.

Elves at Keebler are up to something magical these days as tiny doors have been popping up in trees across the country.

The Tiny Door Project partners local artists with the snack maker to install tiny doors at parks all over the country, including two parks in Toledo.

The miniature entry-ways have been placed at the feet of trees in Walbridge and Pine Glen parks. Families are encouraged to leave letters on the elves door steps, that is, if they can find the tiny doors.

Keebler says the project was born thanks to "a little elfin ingenuity and hard work." They say on their website that they began seeing tiny doors popping up and thought it would be great to create more of them so that families could experience the joy of believing in elves and let their imaginations run wild.
