The Fugitive of the Week for the week of June 7 is a guy who likes the odds stacked in his favor when fighting, but is prone to flee when things go against him.
Raphel Brown is wanted for stabbing a guy in the back in a street fight. On January 21, 2011, Brown and two of his buddies started a fight with a man at a carryout on Freeman St. in east Toledo. While this three on one melee was going on, Brown stabbed the victim in the back with a knife.
The victim fled to an apartment in the nearby Weiler Homes. Brown and his posse pursued. But when some of the victim's buddies showed up to help out their wounded friend, Raphel Brown and his friends fled the scene.
Raphel Brown is a black male, 6'3" and weighs 180 lbs. His hair is black and his eyes are brown.
U.S. Marshal Rodney Hartzel wants this guy. The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force will go anywhere in the country to get him.
