      Fourth suspect arrested for Waterville deadly home invasion

      Police allege Allen and three other men broke into James Safadi's home in May.
      The search is over for the fourth suspect accused of murdering a Waterville businessman.Officials arrested 22-year-old Philip Allen Jr., Wednesday morning in north Toledo. U.S. Marshals and Toledo Police found Allen hiding in the attic of a home on Ontario Street.Police allege Allen and three other men broke into James Safadi's home in May.During the break-in, Safadi was shot and killed in the 8900-block of S. River Road.Lucas County Grand Jury indicted the three other men on murder and aggravated robbery charges.18-year-old James Y. Allen, 20-year-old Adam Jovan Anderson, and 32-year-old Ronald Rooker are currently behind bars awaiting trial.
