For Xzavier Austin Matthews, robbery isn't personal. It's just business. But Marshal Rodney Hartzell says, "It's personal to us."
On August 30, a Toledo couple arrived at their home to find Matthews loading their personal possessions into his car. When they tried to stop him, he pulled a gun and put it in their faces. He said, "It ain't nothing personal."
Marshal Hartzell and the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force wants to nab Matthews before Matthews does get personal with one of his victims and shoots them. If you know where authorities can locate Xzavier Austin Matthews, contact the task force at 1-866-4WANTED. You might be up for a cash reward and could be saving yourself from an up close and personal meeting with this robber.
