Toledo's national spotlight didn't end with President Obama's State of the Union speech Tuesday night.
According to a new report in USA Today, Toledo's North Assembly Plant could be the launching point for Chrysler's new versions of the Dodge Avenger, Chrysler 200 sedan, Jeep Liberty and Jeep Compass.
Chrysler's CEO Sergio Marchionne told USA Today that all four new vehicles will share the same underpin platform as the 2013 Dodge Dart and they will be built right here in Toledo not in Illinois where the Dart will be manfucatured..
To date Chrysler, has only confirmed that Toledo Jeep workers will manufature the new crossover.
