A downtown parking garage won't make a dime, when thousands are expected to attend a memorial service at the SeaGate Centre to honor a pair of fallen Toledo firefighters.In a statement released Wednesday, the owners of Summit Street Parking said they would donate all proceeds from memorial service parking to the Toledo Fire and Rescue Foundation.The Eyde Company of Lansing Michigan said the decision was made to "show support for the hard work and bravery shown by the Toledo Fire Department." Pvts. Steve Machcinski and James "Jaime" Dickman both died while fighting an apartment fire on Magnolia in Toledo on Sunday.
