Gas prices up slightly to start the work week

The roller coaster ride on the WNWO Pump Patrol continues. Gas prices are both up in Ohio and Michigan.

Ohio motorists are paying 5 cents more at the pump than last week. The statewide average is $3.31. That's a penny less than the price at this time last month.

Pump prices in Michigan are up about 4 cents from last week to an average of $3.33. The average is about 38 cents per gallon less than this time last year.

The national average is about $3.28 per gallon, which is nearly unchanged over the past month, and 23 cents lower than at this time last year.
