A heavily-travelled highway ramp is open after being closed for nearly a full-day of repair work.
The ramp from I-75 North to 475/23 was to be closed until the evening rush hour; however crews re-opened the roadway shortly after 2 p.m.
The major traffic artery had been closed since 4:30 p.m. Wednesday when a semi flipped over, knocking out guard rails along the ramp.
Officials had expected to re-open the ramp by late Wednesday night; however, crews worked for nearly a full day to repair and replace guardrails.
Perrysburg Police said the driver had minor injuries and is expected to be okay.
