Officials have confirmed seatbelts had not been secured in a car crash that killed one infant and left another in critical condition. The crash happened Tuesday morning in Troy Township on Fostoria Road near State Route 163.Ohio State Highway Patrol told WNWO the child safety seats "were not properly belted."38-year-old Lori Massingill, of Ida, Mich., along with her infants in the back seat, went air-born in their car, where it rolled over twice before landing into a ditch.Ohio State Highway Patrol said the car was traveling at a high rate speed when it went over the railroad tracks.The children's names have not been released as the Bowling Green Patrol Post continues to investigate.
