After calculating jail time served for the past three years, Casey Anthony will be released from prison on Wednesday, July 13.
Judge Belvin Perry sentenced Casey Anthony to one year in jail for each count of lying to police on Thursday. However, Perry and Defense Attorney Jose Baez determined her release date after considering the time she has served since 2008, including good behavior.
Perry also fined Anthony $1,000 for each count, as well as the cost of the investigation into Caylee Anthony's disappearance.
The judge sentenced Anthony on Thursday, two days after she was acquitted of first-degree murder in the death of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee.
