Wed, 23 Apr 2014 14:41:34 GMT — FINDLAY - A tractor-trailer crash on I-75 shutdown lanes on Wednesday morning for several hours as crews cleared the roads.The Ohio State Highway Patrol of the Findlay Post said the driver, 41-year-old John Chapa, of Rudolph, Ohio, was issued a ticket for failure to control.The crash happened shortly before 6:30 a.m. in the northbound lanes, north of State Route 613 near the Van Buren exit. According to authorities, Chapa drove off the side of the road and tried to swerve back onto interstate. The truck flipped over, spilling its large steel coils into the Rocky Ford River.Officials set up a detour for drivers to the Van Buren Exit to State Route 18. Crews had to remove the coils from the river with a crane.Ohio Department of Transportation crews assisted at the scene.No one was injured in the crash.
