Monday, April 8 is the deadline to register for the May 7 primary and special election.
Voter registration forms are available at www.MyOhioVote.com or from local boards of elections and other designated agencies, such as libraries and BMVs.
Should voters have moved since the last election, they should also act now to update their voting address online at MyOhioVote.com. This should also be done by April 8 to ensure they can vote with ease on Election Day.
There are several issues that will appear on the ballot including tax levies for Oregon City Schools and Swanton Local Schools. Also, a 0.8 mill transportation levy in Perrysburg will be on the Wood County Ballot and in Fulton County, voters will decide on a series of tax levies
