Learn how to access public records

Attorney General Mike DeWineâ??s office is offering Sunshine Law training to the public Wednesday.
Sunshine Laws are a combination of the stateâ??s Open Records and Open Meetings laws that allows Ohioans access to government meetings and records, aaccording to DeWineâ??s website.
DeWineâ??s staff will be on hand to train interested citizens and elected officials gain knowledge on how to access public records.
The free event is from 1 p.m. until 4:15 p.m. at the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library in the McMaster Center located on Michigan Street in Toledo.
