This election night saw some problems from the Lucas County Board of Elections early on in the evening--The county was extremely slow in releasing results.
Board of Election officials say shortly after the polls closed, their server crashed, making it nearly impossible to begin counting votes that were cast on Election Day. While the crews worked to bring the servers back online, poll workers counted absentee ballots and votes made earlier in the week.
Officials say it only took a couple of hours to get the servers back online.
In the end, officials say all votes were counted accurately.
