A Toledo man was arraigned on murder charges for the shooting and killing of his ex-girlfriend Monday morning.Dimitrias A. Graves, 27, faced a judge on felonious assault and murder charges at the Toledo Municipal Court . He is accused of murdering and shooting his ex-girlfriend, Mariah Wells, who was shot outside a north Toledo home.The shooting happened in the 600 block of Spring Street Wednesday night in a home that belonged to Graves' mother.Officials had located Wells lying on the ground in front of the house. Medics were unable to revive her and died from the injuries in the shooting according to police.LISTEN: 911 dispatch reporting fatal shootingInvestigators found a second victim who was shot in the eye within a few blocks of the home.Graves turned himself in to authorities a day after nationwide warrant was issued for his arrest.The judge set another preliminary hearing for Nov. 4 at 9 a.m.
