      Man wins lawsuit against hospital after becoming paralyzed

      jury has awarded a
      Columbus man $2.8 million dollars after he was paralyzed when hospital employees allegedly broke his neck.

      Ohio Health, the parent company of Doctors Hospital in Columbus in June of 2010.

      argues excessive force was used putting the man in a restraint hold.


      A

      spokesman for the hospital says an appeal is likely.
