      Man wins lawsuit against hospital after becoming paralyzed

      A jury has awarded a Columbus man $2.8 million dollars after he was paralyzed when hospital employees allegedly broke his neck.

      T he man sued Ohio Health, the parent company of Doctors Hospital in Columbus in June of 2010.

      T h e lawsuit argues excessive force was used putting the man in a restraint hold.

      A spokesman for the hospital says an appeal is likely.
