      Mayor Bell to finalize Halloween date decision

Jen Sorgenfri said Halloween events were held rain or shine, and that trick or treating events in the past were never canceled because of bad weather.Residents have voiced their concerns including posting their comments made on WNWO's Facebook page.Viewers described Bell's decision did not address "the kids and their safety." Other viewers have turned this into a political issue, urging the public to "remember to get out and vote next week!
